"Rider Shack" & Webgility Case Study
|
I created a questionnaire for some of our clients, using a web-based survey solution, Survey Monkey. I designed an email campaign using MailChimp, which is an email marketing service provider. I sent this email campaign to some of our customers and Jeff Glass, the owner of Rider Shack filled out the survey, after that I typed the case study in Microsoft Word and designed it in PhotoShop. The production of this case study took me around 4 weeks. More writing samples:

Video-editing & animation project for OMI
The production of the teaser-video for Online Marketing Institute called "Marketing on Instagram: how to use visual story to build your brand" took me from 8-12 hours. The process was especially complicated because I had to edit each frame separately in Final Cut Pro. I then had to transfer everything frame by frame to a video-animation program - Motion. I needed to re-time and re-adjust each frame to make sure that it all flowed smoothly. After that I needed to transfer the video to Final Cut Pro again to put all the frames, audio and titles together.

Video case study for Webgility
The production of the "Casa de Case" case study took me around 3 weeks. I first created a questionnaire (it was an annual survey) for our clients using Survey Monkey. After that I designed a MailChimp email campaign which I sent to all of our customers. After receiving the results, I personally contacted Howard Case, because his business is located in San Francisco. I scheduled the interview with him and his wife, after which, I edited the video using Final Cut Pro, and some of the shoots were edited in Camtasia and PhotoShop.

My 'Lilia' YouTube Channel Overview
My personal channel has more than 30 videos.
For the past 6 months it generated 6,600+ views, which on average are 1,030 views per month. It has over 13,500 minutes watched. YouTube is the second largest search engine and there more searches performed on YouTube than on Yahoo, Bing or Ask. Every month over 10 billion YouTube videos are watched in the USA alone. I believe businesses should be taking a more aggressive advantage of this medium to market their products and services to their consumers. Besides it will improve the SEO performance of your website as well, which potentially (if set it up correctly) will lower Google AdWords expenses. All email campaigns were designed and developed using MailChimp and all images were designed in PhotoShop. After an email campaign is designed and sent to the recipients, I would analyze results in MailChimp reports. If the rate of 'unopened' emails was high, I would resend the email to those who did not open it the first time. MailChimp gives very good tools to monitor the click rate. I managed social media presence for two companies. Inbound marketing with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Foursquare and YouTube. Developed and executed the social media strategy. Increase of content by ~35%, increase of followers by ~15%. Improved SEO and increased traffic to website by 20%. Decreased spending on AdCenter ads while which increased their performance. I managed outbound marketing with Facebook. Designed, developed, executed and performed analytics of Facebook ads.
